Technology Trainer

RE/MAX International, Inc., the rapid growth reat estate franchiser, has an opening at its headquarters in the Denver Tech Center for a Technology Trainer.

 

The successful candidate will join a staff of trainers who write and deliver curriculum for a new eBusiness program on the company's website.

 

Duties will include:
Developing and updating written training curriculum as assigned by manager,
Delivering hands-on classroom instruction to real estate agents and staff on how to best use the sustem,
Instructing on best marketing practices associated with the new system,
Documenting and implementing changes to the system as needed.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
Two plus years of hands-on training and curriculum development, preferably in technical software training,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Excellent presentation skills to groups of all sizes,
Excellent knowledge of software systems and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.

PREFERENCES:
Real estate experience,
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT or communications.
