Temporary Help Desk Agent

Technisource, Inc. is a nationally-recognized provider of IT consulting services and solutions.  We are seeking a driven and dedicated individual to provide customer service and support for the Mechanicsburg, PA branch as a help desk agent. 

 

We are currently looking to hire Temporary and Help Desk agents to work in our Mechanicsburg, PA location.

 

The following temporary shifts are available starting August 14, 2006 and ending October 7, 2006:

 

3 - M-F 8am to 5pm

M-F 10am to 7pm

Sun 9am to 5pm, Mon-Thurs 8am to 5pm

Tues-Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 9am to 5pm

Sun-Thurs 5pm to 1am

Tues-Sat 5pm to 1am

Sun-Thurs 12am to 8am

Tues-Sat 12am to 8am

Sun-Wed 12am to 8am, Sat 12am-8am

Sun-Wed 5pm to 1am, Sat 5pm to 1am

Sun 9am to 5pm, Mon-Thurs 8am to 5pm

Tues-Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 9am to 5pm

Sun-Thurs 5pm to 1am

Tues-Sat 5pm to 1am

Sun-Thurs 12am to 8am

Tues-Sat 12am to 8am

 

An additional $200.00 will be paid as a completion bonus for those that work at least 90% of the scheduled days/hours until the end of the contract.

 

Strong verbal and written communication skills; team player attitude and previous customer service experience are a must.  Applicant must also have previous experience troubleshooting Microsoft office, outlook, Windows XP, various internet browsers.
