Minimum Requirements:
In depth knowledge of Solaris, HP-UX, or AIX operating systems; ability to install troubleshoot operating systems and layered products; working knowledge of networks. Basic understanding of Storage management, performance management and products/tools such as MQ Series, Tivoli, NIS, NFS, SNA, shell scripting and relational databases. Linux skills a plus.

Bachelors

CIS

Job Description:
Responsibilities include installing/modifying system software on a variety of Unix platforms. Primary technical interface to applications development teams and other support groups in Louisville and New Jersey on hardware design, operating system configuration, storage needs, and production maintenance. Plan and implement the system administrative activities and operations support for complex Unix based systems and components. Evaluate, design, implement, and monitoring hardware and Unix operating systems. Support production Midrange hardware and Unix systems via primary/secondary pager rotation and personal pager.
