Vice President New Business Initiatives

At ADP, we continue to develop innovative products and services to help our clients save time and boost their bottom line.  Job Responsibilities:The Vice President of New Business Initiatives will be part of the Financial and Compliance Services (FACS) organization, with $130M in revenue, and will lead the organization in implementation of new products and services, operational excellence, and continued business growth.  Reporting to the General Manager, the Vice President will be responsible for establishing and implementing the overall infrastructure for new business initiatives with a current focus on Accounts Payable products and Down Market offerings. The Vice President will build the models used to implement, service and provide general support for these and other new products in addition to building organizational structure, hiring and ensuring  training for new associates. Strong emphasis will be placed on partnering with the sales organization to influence revenue growth and a profitable bottom line. Leadership accountability will include both intact teams and indirect associates in multiple locations, including San Dimas, CA and Atlanta, GA. 

Background and Qualifications:The successful candidate will have 7 plus years of leadership experience in operations, project management, systems or product development and implementation in multi-service organizations. P & L responsibility, new business and product start-up and execution experience strongly preferred.  Experience with contract negotiations, working within sales channels as well as experience leading a large team of associates, including managers and directors is essential. Strong understanding and experience in service and relationship building  and outstanding verbal and written communications skills are required. B.S. degree preferred.
