Summary of Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing statistical and demographic data to recommend, develop and support strategic credit union goals and objectives.  As well as maintaining the credit union?s electronic communication channels, including the TruWest Internet and intranet websites.  This position is also responsible for providing spontaneous service excellence to members, employees and business associates, demonstrating the values shown on TruWest Credit Union?s Vision, Mission, and Values Card.

 

Qualifications:

This position requires a minimum of two (2) years of combined experience involving SQL, Crystal Reports, intermediate web and database design involved with Internet/Intranet based content in a marketing promotion or advertising role (preferably the financial industry).  The qualified candidate will have a working knowledge of computer software applications including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Professional, Monarch, database applications, data analysis, and data mapping tools.  In addition, the candidate must be proficient in the following languages: T-SQL, SQL, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Visual Basic.NET, Javascript, HTML, and CSS. The candidate must also possess basic graphic design skills, knowledge of stored procedures, knowledge of XML, and able to manage Microsoft SQL databases.  Financial institution member research experience using the Marketing Customer Information File (MCIF) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications is preferred.  Familiarity with XP Systems or IBM DB2 databases is a plus.  This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. The position requires the ability to accurately analyze information, with the ability to clearly present statistical data.  Must have the capability to work independently, as well as with a team.  An associate?s degree in a related field of study is required.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. 

 

 

 

Specific Responsibilities:Implement credit union strategies that promote solutions to increase member use of the credit union?s products and services. Assemble market research through designing statistically valid member surveys; collect and monitor on-going tracking. Maintain the MCIF system and implement direct marketing activities utilizing the MCIF. Assist with creation and maintenance of TruWest website and intranet. Design Crystal Reports involving complex SQL queries Monitor and manage Business Objects server. Coordinating activities to assist internal and external customers with web site and report issues. Track/monitor website traffic, predicting web trends. Answer or re-direct Webmaster e-mails. Perform other duties as assigned.
