Top rated Miami firm seeks Supervisor to run processing department.

Duties include: coordination of work-flow amongst word processing division. Hands on management to 8 operators

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a legal word processing center and 3+ years supervisory experience in a law firm; in addition to working knowledge of Word Perfect, Visio and Worldox; experience in word, Power point, Omni Proc Professional, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Outlook.

Hands on heavy document production and phone contact with various offices. Good troubleshooting skills in order to assist users (help desk). Training skills are a must.

Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
