Network, Computer and Software Technical Support Representative:

 

Our company provides technology and support services to small and medium size businesses in the Denver area. We require a hard working, well groomed and sharp staff member with a great attitude to join our winning team.

 

Our Wheat Ridge based office is looking for a network, computer and software support tech. We have an immediate opening for a team member who can work independently and with our other team members to provide our business customers with unparalleled support.

 

Are current needs are for pc/network support tech. The qualified candidate would require the following skills.

 

Minimum:

Experience and proven skills with Microsoft Server 2000 and 2003

Active Directory, DNS and TCP/IP

Trouble shooting and diagnostics in networking connections and software issues

knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server

knowledge of the Microsoft XP Operating system

knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000/2003 and  and XP

The ability to quickly learn the basics of new software and tools

Excellent communication skills. Verbal and written

Current valid driver?s license
