We are currently seeking an Apple Certifed/experience technician in the Portland area.  Responsible for performing in-house servicing, and repair. Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported problems. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up. Performs general maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems. Prepares progress reports for work performed. Will involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.

Must be Apple certified on laptops and desktops.

OS:

Mac - OS-X 10.4.5 (base line), Residual OS-X 10.3.9, OS-X 10.2.8


Valid Driver's License. Clean driving record and ability to maintain clean record mandatory.
