Seeking an ASIC Package Application Engineer in the Columbia, Maryland for a Procurement account and to assist with all packages related issues. This includes solving packaging problems and determining package needs. The major responsibilities in
includes: define signal assignments with customer, help define electrical
signal requirements, help define environmental conditions for the package
application. Qualified candidates will develop and maintain a comprehensive package schedule, working with the customer and the implementation organizations within IBM. Security Clearance requirements for this position: Possess or have possessed a secret clearance or higher in a civilian or DOD agency, preferred. Ability to achieve TS/SCI clearance (Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized information with Lifestyle Polygraph) Required.
