Associate Account Executive

  POSITION PROFILE To retain and expand sales revenue in assigned account base as well as drive new market share.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interacts with potential customers regarding Business communication requirements and advises customers on types of solutions to purchase.
Proactively develops new customer contacts, reviews leads, protects territory and participates in increasing revenue stream within current accounts.  Actively participates in account reviews.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure proper and timely delivery, implementation and account billing of customer orders.
Meets or exceeds revenue and gross profit expectations.
Promotes products and represents the company at off-site customer meetings.
Maintains records of all account activity within sales database.
Maintains contact lists for each account.
Serves as first line of contact with customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications)
4-year college degree or equivalent in a related field.
1-2 years of direct, successful sales experience or customer service experience.
