Business Planning Manager

Operations point person responsible for manufacturing deliverables required to support the Corporate Sales and Operations Process (S&OP). Manage team of demand planning professionals responsible for the creation, measurement, and validation of the corporate material plan.

 

This position requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytic skills. The successful candidate will work both tactical and strategic issues/opportunities concurrently, while effectively working at all levels of the Manufacturing and Corporate organizations. The successful candidate must have the demonstrated ability to drive forecast process enhancements both within Operations and as a part of a greater corporate team. Financial background, as well as demonstrated experience and understanding of planning applications tools and interfaces required.

 

Requirements:

 

10 years Planning and Management experience in a High Technology Mfg. environment

Demonstrated experience with outsourced Mfg. model

Demonstrated experience with Lean /Pull-based Mfg. model

Demonstrated ability to drive and close cross-functional project initiatives

Strong applications background (ERP, db management tools, spreadsheet tools)

Strong analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong presentation skills

Travel 25-30%
