Experience planning and configuring network infrastructure that includes LAN/WAN strategies, topology requirements, and monitoring tools.

Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.

Skilled at analyzing complex functions, procedures, and problems to find creative, logical, and effective solutions.

Demonstrated succes providing customer service via telephone, including processing customer orders and customer query resolution.

Is team-oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Network security administration background, including firewalls, anti-virus, encryption algorithms, security protocols, and monitoring tools.

Experience troubleshooting network clients and servers.

Applies knowledge of networking standards, protocols, security, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Manages time effectively and prioritizes completing tasks to meet deadlines.

Understands the job, its duties, and its role in the organization.

Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues. Meets goals despite unexpected setbacks, obstacles, or time constraints.

Basic LAN knowledge, including Ethernet, hubs, switches, TCP/IP, and network configuration.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Basic SQL programming skills, with ability to write queries involving selects, joins, and views.

Basic experience with Siebel architectural configurations, including estimating, planning, designing, and assessing impact.

Experience with implementation of Siebel System, including application installation, testing, and administration.
