We are currently recruiting for a Call Center Technical Support Analyst in our Cumberland, Rhode Island office.

The Call Center Technical Support Analyst will need to have proven technical skills, with experience in installation and troubleshooting of PC hardware, software applications, operating systems, local area networks; and exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate has A+, Network+, or MCP; Technical Certifications or equivalent training and experience; Retail/POS Support experience a plus, including specific expertise with IBM POS systems and the 4690 Operating System.

The Support Analyst plays a vital role in effectively communicating the status of problems to customers and client teams, as well as the dispatch, coordination and escalation of problems through applicable technical resources. This includes working closely with developers, QA and Systems Architects for effective problem determination and resolution.
