CALL CENTER TECHNOLOGY MANAGER



The Call Center Technology Manager is a management level position responsible for supporting the technical facets of a growing call center. The primary responsibilities will be IT related with some emphasis on telephony across multiple data / call centers. Other responsibilities include: oversee technical support team, develop procedures for the technical support team to maintain consistent reliable practices, organizing a 24/7 technical support plan for call center operations, develop a process to evaluate new technology / tools designed for call center operations, act as the main technical escalation contact before issues get introduced to the R&D team; therefore posses strong troubleshooting skills.
This applicant must have very strong oral and written communication skills

 

Requirements:

 

? Very strong IT skills
? Managing technical support staff / help desk
? Telephone knowledge, i.e. PBX, ACD systems, etc.
? 5 yrs experience with Call Center environment
? Strong communication and leadership skills
