Cisco Systems Engineer

Position requirements:

? Provide end user training on Cisco Call Manager.

? Gather end user feature set and telephone requirements.

? Provide a public front as an expert in the Cisco Call Manager User interface.

? Work with Project Managers on Project as part of cut over team.

? Trained in Cisco Call Manager Administration.
Expericance with Larger Group Cut overs and moves.

? Manage Documentation.
Good skill in MS Excel and MS Word.

? This Position is not a Field Tech
High Level IT/ Voice Position.

? Highly skilled in Cisco Call Center Manager and Unity who has trained and has a working knowledge w/ a large deployment.

? Will be working in a demanding environment.

Must Have:

? Cisco Call Manager

? Great communication skills both written and verbal

Plus:

? Strong data background
