Ready for a challenge? NCR Corporation, a Fortune 500 company is looking for organized, motivated team players to fill Customer Engineer (ATM/POS Field Technician) positions in the fast paced Daytona Beach, FL area. Position Description
NCR Field Service Technician (Customer Engineer level 1) associates are the owners of first level customer incidents. In this role you will make minor repairs and replace components on basic level equipment such as PCs, workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems, basic maintenance on ATMs and kiosks, and single pocket proof encoders. You will also assist in site preparation--including installation of cable, staging of equipment, and minor testing of equipment. You may also perform required modular swaps and unit replacements or perform preventative maintenance services. You will be responsible for responding to all customer concerns or problems by resolving them or by escalating them to the proper associate, team member, territory manager, or the Control Tower. Please note you MUST meet ALL of the following basic qualifications to be considered for this role?
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts and on-call
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must pass comprehensive background check including credit check, driving record, and drug screen.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
