Description:
? Own and manage all SAP AR data management areas (SAP master data, reference tables, SAP ?processing? tables)
? Facilitate the timely resolution of open issues related to SAP master data, data conversion, and reference tables, escalate to the appropriate business owners as required
? Define the process, policies, and procedures for automated and manual table maintenance (SAP master data, reference tables, SAP ?processing? tables)
? Liaise with the business to determine if any decisions impact the data structure within the SAP AR footprint (R/3 FS-CD, BW, ISL/CMP)
? Provide and manage end-user support around SAP AR data
? Deep knowledge of the DBG business, specifically the billing and payment processes
? Strong knowledge of the overall application footprint to support the billing and payment processes
? Strong knowledge of data integration and flow within the billing and payment systems
? Strong relationship with DBG?s senior level personnel
