Take advantage of this EXCITING opportunity! Full Time Direct Hire TERRITORY SALES MANAGER for the Philadelphia, PA area will be responsible to:

 

?  Manage the remote sales force working at Dell Direct Store kiosks in multiple locations.

?  Motivate and drive the Dell Direct Store Managers and their teams to sell products and services through effective management of sales incentives, career development, reporting and one-on-one relationship building and recognition.

?  Travel to field locations to assess individual kiosks and market.

?  Review and approve weekly kiosk staffing schedules and ensure weekly payroll goals are met.

?  Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective management of the daily operations of the sales force.

This job is a Full Time  opportunity for the successful candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:

?  Previous RETAIL MANAGEMENT experience A MUST and the proven ability to help others meet goals!

?  Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years related experience

?  Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task!

?  Strong communication and follow-up skills.

?  PC literate: Proficiency with Excel and Word

?  The ability to be assertive,professional and project a positive attitude.

?  Must be able to work independently with limited supervision!
