Description
The Desktop/Network Support position will manage small projects, analyze business requirements, and formulate technology solutions. Responsibilities encompass performing basic hardware installation, technology training and application support for employees of the Denver Operational office. Extended duties include the day-to-day support and troubleshooting of all end-user system issues and the general maintenance of the on-site computer room.
Required Skills
Should have knowledge of MS Office, Lotus Notes, IP Networks and PC related hardware productsAbility to work with users at all knowledge levels is self managed and have good communication skillsTraining in a technical school with certifications or 4+ years work experience in a computer related fieldTravel to other Regional Sales offices to provide technology support is neccessary
