Position Type: Contract to Hire

Position Duration: 3 Months to hire 
Location: Denver, CO

 

Provides support for end users and desktop applications.  Assists Help Desk technician with routine tasks such as PC Builds, installing and configuring software, and troubleshooting minor issues.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

? Building and configuring PCs according to Standards

? Answering user questions on use of software and PCs

? Installing software according to standards

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

? Conceptual understanding of a wide range of information technologies, to include workstations, end user software and networks

? Must be able to multi-task and independently resolve problems as required.

? Ability to work with a variety of users, either in person or over the phone,

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a four year degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
