Electronics - Hardware Technician

This is a challenging position utilizing your skills to represent Amtech/Futura in diagnosing, servicing and maintaining an extensive network of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, hand-helds, Electronics and other IT Hardware devices.


The candidates must be able to:

Ability to read schematics

Understand and ability to do board level and circuit repairs

Must be competent and skilled at soldering very small components

Knowledge of using a digital mulitimeter and other test equipment

Respond, Diagnose, and Repair Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Point of Sale, hand-helds, electroncis and other IT Hardware Devices.

Complete a wide range of hardware repair

Manage assigned inventory, Cross Ship Core parts daily, and complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.

Enhance both Internal and External Customer Satisfaction by consistently completing the responsibilities given.

This position requires the following:

A+ Hardware certification

Minimum one year hardware experience on a variety of IT equipment

Attention to Detail and Accuracy

Strong multi-tasking experience

A positive, ?can-do? attitude

Experience repairing and diagnosing with Symbol, Intermec, Fujitsu, and IBM are highly desired
