Position Description:

Experience in high speed Serializer/Deserializer (Serdes) design:
- high speed clock/data recovery (CDR) design
- PLL, VCO, clock distribution circuit
- DLL, phase interpolator and digital timing loop
- Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) with low jitter, high precision and predistortion control
- Analog CMOS filter design (low pass and high pass)

Ethernet physical layer circuit design:
- Design experience in analog to digital converter (ADC) design techniques and implementation
- High precision digital to analog converter capable of driving low impedance loading
- Knowledge of digital signal processing, decision feedback equalizer (DFE)
- Signal detection circuit

Basic analog building blocks such as bandgap, voltage and current reference circuit and crystal oscillator design

Experience in silicon validation, bench test, debug would be a plus

Qualifications:

MSEE with 2 year work experience or Ph.. D. with circuit research in CMOS analog design, layout and implementation.
