Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for Vitria integration at XM
Uses the Vitria product set to develop robust and reusable message-based application integration solutions to packaged software including Lawson Financials, Portal Infranet, Siebel CRM, Remedy, Oracle Data Warehouse, and custom CORBA ORBs, Development of new Connectors and extension of existing Connectors as new software systems are integrated into the Enterprise
Responsibility includes operational process development, requirement management, design, development and monitoring of the Vitria middleware, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, trouble management, full software development lifecycle, integration and system test, and operational support
Works with the Front Office and Back Office Application groups to create and implement long-term Enterprise integration strategy


Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no fixed supervisory responsibilities


Education and/or Experience

At least three years experience in complex information technology environments
Experience in consumer subscriber management businesses
At least three years of Object Oriented Programming experience in C++/Java
At least one year of experience in distributed object technology (CORBA/DCOM)
Knowledge of and experience in XML.
Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Master?s degree and Oracle Professional Certification preferred
