Seek senior level technician for engineering lab that supports research and development. This is a contract opportunity with long-term potential.

Testing of PCB's and subassemblies down to component level or processes utilizing laboratory instruments as outlined in the LSR. Rework existing or fabricate assemblies as outlined by the engineer, including SMT and thru-hole PCB's. Conduct laboratory functions (calibrate, material handling, general laboratory clean-up) as requested by laboratory management. Requires working knowledge and operation of various laboratory test equipment including oscilloscope, logic analyzer, data logger and multimeter. Will configure and troubleshoot computer systems in Windows environment. Procure parts internal and external.

AA or BS degree is highly desirable, minimum of five years of directly-related experience. Circuit bread boarding and wire-wrapping, SMT PCB stuffing, reworking, and troubleshooting, electro-mechanical assembly, pneumatics and fluidics experience. Computer literate. Good Laboratory Practices. Operating of general purpose Measuring and Test Equipment (MTE).
