ZT Group Int'l, a recognized leader in the production of high performance / high technology desktop systems is seeking qualified candidates for an entry-level technical support position in Secaucus New Jersey:

Responsibility

This position will perform the followings:

Work with other support center and support all of OEM platform including desktop and notebook productsProviding the technical knowledge to our clients, resolve issues escalated by support centers and other support team. Strong Hands-on Hardware experience in Server/Desktop hardware is required. * Professional experience in computer related store is preferred.

Requirements:Some experience in pc hardware related field. Hands-on Experience in PC hardware installation. Understanding the customer oriented business model. Strong technical aptitude including troubleshooting
