Field Service Engineer

Heartlab has an immediate opening for a Field Service Engineer to provide onsite customer support for proprietary software and industry standard hardware and networking solutions. Provide remote monitoring of systems and networks and recording monitoring results weekly. Significant customer interaction mostly onsite and travel may be necessary.  Expected to provide after hours support for high priority situations. Must have excellent customer communication and problem solving ability.  Must be self starting and able to make decisions in a critical care environment.  PACS experience a must.  AS in computer related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 1-5 years hands on support experience providing technical support.  MSCE, CCNA, A+ desired but not required.  Must maintain a current level of technical knowledge that enables the engineer to be proficient at the required tasks.
