We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Tallahassee, FL area. As a Field Engineer you will be responsible for designing, configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer networks and related hardware and software on customer premises. You must possess the abilities to communicate with technical resources outside Misys to resolve vendor specific issues. You should be able to recognize incorrect operational techniques on the part of the client and take appropriate measures to educate them on the proper operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to communicate well with others. You must also be able to work independently and act professionally in all aspects of this position.


Qualifications:

Education/Required Skills:
? AS Degree or equivalent education
? A+ Certification
? Network+ Certification
? MCP in 2003
? Knowledge of Windows 2003 server, and XP Pro, Exchange 2003, Wireless technology
? Knowledge of LAN/WAN and protocols
