HBS Network Administrator

DescriptionHBS/SXC Health Solutions, Inc. (SXC) is a leading provider of healthcare information technology solutions and services to the healthcare benefits management industry.

We are currently looking for a Network Administrator, to join our dynamic team in our Warminster, PA office (15 minutes from Willow Grove Mall)!

Provide advanced support, product/platform development, and related project
activities to support SXC associates at an individual, departmental or office level. Ensures that SXC associates receive excellent customer service for their Information Technology needs.

Provide solid support (including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, documentation and follow-up steps), development and associated project work within technologies that may include but not be limited to:

* Microsoft Windows operating systems
* Terminal emulation and host connectivity to AS/400, UNIX, Mainframe, MS Windows and other host devices
* Installation of internal and external software applications, including but not
limited to: MS Office, MS Exchange, Anti-Virus, VPN and PBX, VoIP etc. Required ExperienceHands on experience with personal computer workstation and server hardware and software including but not limited to:

* Understands Ethernet concepts
* Thorough knowledge of workstation configuration of TCP/IP, DNS, and Microsoft Windows domain settings
*Understands CAT5 and fiber optic cabling, patch panels, Un-interruptible Power Supplies, Switches, Hubs, and Routers
*Excellent written, interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical details into layman's terms

o Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
o Proven ability to achieve objectives independent of supervision
o Proven ability to identify & resolve customer problems through application of standard troubleshooting methodology
* 3-5 years hands on administration experience with Intel based servers and desktops as well as Windows desktop operating systems and Windows network operating systems Required Education*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or
equivalent experience
