Responsibilities:
Manage a talented and dedicated hardware development team to deliver leading edge switching and CPU products
Provide hands-on management of technical issues
Assess and recommend technical direction for new projects
Develop project plans and engineering estimates for new projects

 

Required Skills:
5+ years of development engineering management experience required
7+ years of hardware development experience, including board level design of complex, high speed, digital designs required
Experience in designing or managing the design of ATCA and/or Ethernet switching products desired
BSEE required, MSEE desired
