Help Desk Support - Level I
Local Fortune 100 Company in Woonsocket, RI seeking temporary full-time Help Desk Support - Level I Technicians. Technicians will be providing internal company technical support. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, analyzing, diagnosing, logging and resolving hardware, software, communications, and procedural problems. Human resource questions will also need to be resolved as those calls will not be filtered. Extensive training will be provided on all.
POSITION REQUIRES FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE INCLUDING WEEKENDS.
Requirements:
*Strong analytical, problem solving and PC skills
*Troubleshooting knowledge of PC hardware and
operating systems
*Strong written, listening and verbal
communication skills
*Excellent customer service and organizational
skills
*Ability to work well independently and in a team
environment
*Ability to follow procedure
*Certificate or degree in PC hardware and/or
networking
*Excellent attendance and punctuality
