This position is for a Systems Services Representative to support the GAP contract on an install and de-install activities on wireless access points and Servers on a rollout basis on GAP accounts across the Continental United States. This position will be on a helpdesk at the GAP San Bruno site. Point of Sales experience and working knowledge of Cisco Routers and Switches are required. This position will be on a helpdesk to support the configurations, testing and problem solving with the installs. Major Field of Study: Computer Science All qualified applicants should have in depth Point Of Sales Hardware and Software Knowledge, Cisco Routers and Switches, Helpdesk experience, Excellent Communications, Server hardware support, Wireless access points.
