Helpdesk
Support PC hardware and software in a 24 x 7 call center.
? Provide installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on PC platforms.
? Ensure compatibility of hardware and software upgrades; memory, hard drives, multimedia devices and Windows Operating systems.
? Proficient in Microsoft operating systems (Windows 3.1/Dos, Windows 95/98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP) in PC?s and workstations.
? Provide basic Network Support which could involve network PCI controllers in PC?s and also setup and configure Ethernet connections.
? Reset passwords and resolve other issues that may occur.
Must live in Houston.
