IIS (Imaging) Connectivity Intern

In this role, the VPN Connectivity Intern will administer all facets of remote broadband connectivity to customer sites. This includes Hospitals, Clinics, and Outpatient Imaging Centers. Will gain exposure to an Enterprise Network Management Solution, Encryption, IPSEC tunnels, and proactive monitoring solutions. Primary Responsibilities include: Processing Connectivity requests into VPN database, as request proceeds, process into Connectivity Database. May mentor with and assist more experienced VPN implementers in scheduling and deploying device connectivity, monitoring setup and full site readiness testing.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Current student or recent graduate of no more than 6 months from a Bachelor's degree. Technically inclined, understanding of TCP/IP and Unix/Windows Operating systems.

Desired:
Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process. Experience diagnosing and correcting Networking related problems.
