INBOUND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

LOOKING FOR A NEW CAREER START? Staffmark is currently looking for new talent to join a growing Technical Support Team that provides front line end-to-end support to users of our client?s collaborative, real time online meeting software.  As part of this team, you will establish a superior customer experience by providing first contact support to technical issues regarding the use of this product.   Primary Duties

 

? Continuously receive inbound calls from product end users or prospective clients.

? Provide customer support through guidance, training and/or education to users on basic customer account or product technical issues.

?  Create support ticket for each customer that clearly and effectively defines the support issue.

? Utilize superior multitasking skills to simultaneously employ numerous resources to research and resolve customer issues.

 

Required Skills

 

? Demonstrated clear written communication skills defined as the ability to clearly document product symptoms, troubleshooting steps and compose professionally written emails.? Demonstrated clear verbal communication skills defined as the ability to speak clearly in English and educate and guide customers through support interfaces and troubleshooting processes.? Ability to multitask defined by speaking on the phone, utilizing multiple applications for research and typing at the same time.? 3 - 6 months technical phone support experience

? Basic understanding of TCP / IP networking, proxies and firewalls.? Solid understanding of Windows XP and basic knowledge of Windows 2000 as well as general understanding of a Macintosh Computer and its features. ?
