IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION

 

WORKPLACE

Atlanta-Based / 30 ? 50% travel

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Implementation Analyst is responsible for technical support of a client implementation during the full life-cycle of a project, from the sales cycle support through project completion.  The Implementation Analyst is proficient in the Microlise-America application suite, supporting and / or leading the following activities; technical architecture set-up, including wireless LAN / WAN configuration, wireless handheld configuration, architecture testing and troubleshooting application implementation efforts, including application configuration, testing, and issue resolutionclient technical training efforts, including the maintenance and first level troubleshooting of the technical and application environmentsolution conversion efforts, including on-site client support ensuring a successful implementation

 

REQUIREMENTS:Two year Associates Degree or relevant technical degree 1-2 years network support experienceMobile computing, PDA, or wireless device experience, specifically Symbol specific experience, considered a plusProficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)Exposure to SQL considered a plusExcellent analytical, communication, client presentation, teamwork, and problem solving skills requiredAbility to travel between 30 - 50%
