Inside Sales Representative

Summary

Grow revenue and margin dollars within a given geographical sales territory through the sale of hardware, software, service, and consumables.  Successfully manage the sales territory through understanding the customer?s needs, and selling to those needs through inbound customer calls and proactive outbound sales calls.  Develop marketing and sales strategies within the territory to help facilitate revenue growth and customer base expansion that will meet and/or exceed given sales goals.  Successfully sell the benefits and value proposition of Peak Technologies to these customers. Proactively work with aligned field sales representatives within given territory to successfully manage accounts in the territory fitting for telesales.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  Answer incoming calls from customers inquiring about Peak products Successfully negotiating profitable pricing to secure orders in accordance with pricing guidelinesProficiently follow the order process and procedures  Utilize excellent communication and phone skills during internal and external customer interactions.Proficiently handle customer requests for returns in accordance with set RMA guidelines in place.Proficiently handle related credit issues for orders in accordance with set guidelines in place.Successfully work with other team members to collectively hit and/or exceed all given goals (including but not limited to) call volumes and revenue production.Successfully meet and/or exceeding given individual goals (including but not limited to) call volumes and revenue production through utilizing sales skills and time management skills.Making proactive outbound sales calls within given territory to introduce new customers to the Peak and to facilitate new revenue growth for the sales territory.

 





 

Education and/or Experience  

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months? related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
