Manager, IT Audit

This position is responsible for supervising and scheduling audit engagements; planning and performing information system control audits, audit reviews, process audits; and developing audit programs. The individual will be responsible for the execution of IT audits (including Sarbanes Oxley compliance) within the IT Department by gathering, documenting and analyzing information and evidence on the existence of risks and the effectiveness of the IT control framework.

Position scope includes, but is not limited to:

?Planning and execution of IT General Computer Controls (ITGC) and Application Control (AC) audits to support the Company?s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance review.

?Maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) related process and control documentation

?Ensuring all current projects conform to requirements of all areas, i.e., policies, procedures, workflow, etc.

?Coordinating the IT audit efforts with the internal financial audit team, internal IT management, consulting firms and an external auditing company.

?Acting as a center of expertise and coaching the IT department in IT Risks and IT Compliance.

?Collaborating with various Technology Service teams to better understand the changes that are being planned or implemented and to provide guidance on updating process and control related issues.

?Serving as a subject matter technical resource to facilitate the development of disaster recovery plans.

?Performing compliance reviews of disaster recovery plans to monitor compliance of plans against corporate policies and regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley.

?Budgeting, status reporting, and staff training, management and oversight for audit groups.

?Providing training for Technology Services teams to help develop a process and control mindset.

?Identifying areas of improvement and help drive future efforts to better streamline and standardize processes within Information Technology.

?Ensuring documented processes and controls are followed, and prepare for evaluations by Internal Audit and the External Auditors.

?Developing and evaluate business continuity templates and plans, identify risks, and ensure risk mitigation, with the business centers and coordinate plan execution.

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, business management or information technology. CPA, CIA, or CISA designation is a plus but not required. Minimum of three to four years experience in public accounting or IT industry.
