FormFactor is a growing, industry leader in the design, development, manufacture, sale and support of precision, high performance advanced semiconductor wafer probe cards. FormFactor was founded in 1993 and in 1995, established its headquarters, as well as its R&D and manufacturing operations, in Livermore, California. FormFactor introduced its first wafer probe card based on MicroSpring interconnect technology in 1995, and now is the leading supplier of advanced wafer probe cards, based on revenues. In June 2003, FormFactor completed its initial public offering of stock and is traded on Nasdaq National Market under the symbol FORM.  We are currently seeking talented candidates for the following position.
 
Marketing Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:
- Represent a "hub" between Marketing, Sales and Financial Analysis.
- Administer and manage Pricing and CRM based Forecasting system, reporting tools and analysis processes to allow FormFactor to execute to its strategic plan.
- Create, manage and assist in driving systems and processes for data analysis and content generation for competitive analysis and sales information.
- Enhance Analysis and Information Systems to improve strategic understanding.
- Execute international activities at other FormFactor locations as required.

Job Requirements:


Required Education & Experience:
- The successful candidate must have a graduate business degree or an undergraduate Marketing degree.  A technical undergraduate degree is a plus.
- Up to 3 yrs experience in high tech marketing is preferred

- Strong skills in data analysis.

- Smart, creative, and innovative person who generates new, inspiring ideas.
- Driven and motivated with a track record of delivering results with minimal direction on complex projects.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Works well under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Relates well to all kinds of people using diplomacy and tact.
- Must be able to understand and comprehend an overall business model and lead a system deployment.
- Must be able to provide dynamic business analysis and relationship building.
- Combine strong personal intellectual power with an ability to effectively integrate ideas and thoughts of others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
