Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:

 

This position will develop and deliver a suite of marketing programs and services for SYNNEX that differentiate a value proposition, drive incremental revenue dollars.  This position will have a concentration in researching and developing business opportunities for SYNNEX and it?s suppliers to increase share in specific marketing segments such as SMB, Government, and Supplies.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

?  Recognize, evaluate and recommend timely and appropriate actions in response to market changes to Product management organization.

?  Disseminate program information throughout the PM, Sales and Vendor organization in a variety of formats, to drive the sales process.

?  Develop and deliver programs, services or tools to vendors and PM?s to leverage new market opportunities and provide incremental revenue for SYNNEX.

?  Identify prospect database and maintain visibility to growth in key vendor categories

?  Effectively communicate programs and tools to customers, vendors and PM organization.

 

Minimum Job Requirements

 

?  Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

?  Ability to develop marketing programs from the ground up and track marketing trends for the vendor and SYNNEX 

?  Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to negotiation and presentation skills

?  Ability to gain support and commitment from others and to mobilize others to take desired action

?  Ability to develop and execute solid and effective business plans

?  Ability to manage projects with strict deadlines

?  Ability to execute marketing activities on a timely basis

?  Demonstrated presentation skills

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
