Microprocessor Verification Engineer

Position Description:

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Works with hardware designers to develop a test plan for module-level or full-chip features. 2. Executes to a test plan using a variety of directed and random stimulus, assertions, custom logic checkers, reference models and measured coverage. 3. Contributes as an individual and at times as team lead towards functional verification goals. 4. Must have knowledge of computer architecture, operating system and software concepts, software tools such as Perl, C++, or tcl, and hardware description environments such as Verilog and Vera.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BS +3 years experience or MS +2 years experience with Electrical or Computer Engineering degree.
