Network Support Analyst

Starr Commonwealth is a nationally recognized not for profit organization that provides a continuum of programs for 5,000 at risk children and families.  Starr helps thousands of people annually through Prevention & Enrichment, Community-Based, Residential Treatment, Clinical Support, and Leadership and Training programs.

 

Starr Commonwealth has an immediate need for a Network Support Analyst based at its central office in Albion, MI.  The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with implementing and performing backup and recovery procedures for an Enterprise environment.Create and maintain disaster recovery plans for the network infrastructure. Provide lead support for remote user connectivity issues (via Wireless, VPN, and Dialup), and assist other IT professionals with miscellaneous tasks in support of the technology needs of the organization. 

 

 Applicant must possess strong analytical skills, troubleshooting, and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative, team environment. Bachelor?s degree with emphasis on IT and/or MCSE or MCSA certification is preferred. Four years experience is required.  Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing 50 pounds or more, some travel to our five site, 300+ PC environment and valid driver?s license is required. Starting salary range is $34,120 - $41,105 with benefits that include medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance after a ninety day waiting period.
