Network Support Specialist

We are currently looking for an innovative Network Support Specialist to join our fast-paced team. Qualified candidates will need to work on various significant and confidential assignments.

 

Summary: install, modify, and make repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provide technical assistance and training to system users

 

Primary Functions: Desktop Support ? Printers, PCs, phones, fax, copier and other office machines Network and server maintenance, upgrades and changes Facilities including local and remote branch offices Plus other duties

 

Qualification and ExperienceBSEE or BSCSAt least two years of related experienceExperience with Windows 2000 and 2003, NAS, SAN, Email ?Eudora and Exchange, VPN, MS Office, Firewall, Cisco router, Wifi, T1. Working knowledge of AS/400, OS/400, Client Express, ERP, SQL, Access, PBX, VOIP Must have strong background in LAN segmentation, network security and server.Recent Windows 2003 upgrade experience preferred. Background in manufacturing environment desirable.Bilingual in Chinese & English
