Technicians will perform on-site consultations, troubleshooting, upgrades, diagnosis, repairs, as well as network configuration and integration for home and business computer users.

Cell phone and one of our signature VW Beetles are provided. Uniform consists of nondescript khaki pants or shorts, and a golf shirt with company logo. Technicians are assigned to scheduled jobs each morning, and leave the corporate office with a docket of those jobs. Occasional bench and weekend work is involved as well.

Since client familiarity with computers spans the entire spectrum, patience, and excellent communication skills are critical. Successful candidates will be results-driven, highly organized, detail oriented, and have a desire to be the best.

Required Skills:
A+ certification or minimum 2 years hands-on or field experience. Applicants must demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of component level hardware and configurations. Competence diagnosing and troubleshooting all Microsoft Windows Platforms (including Server) is required. Knowledge of system files and the Windows Registry is expected.

Non-Technical Skills:
Successful candidates will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communication technical issues to non-technical customers.
