Plating Development Engineer, Research

Responsible for process development, continuous improvement, and ongoing support of wet chemical process technology in MEMS research department
Support the development and transfer of new processes and new tools into manufacturing, and their integration with the overall manufacturing process
Interface with advanced process development and development engineering to integrate wet chemical with next generation processing
Develops and documents new processes and tooling, maintains and improves processes capability through basic science, process optimization and control, problem solving, equipment and process engineering
Support development engineering for chemical process debugging and process equipment selection


Job Requirements:


-MS or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrochemical or related fields
-Experience in plating, electrochemical processing, and/or microfabrication preferred -Understand the chemistry and technology of chemical processes of plating, etching, and cleaning
-Understands and uses SPC and statistical experimental design to develop, control, and problem solve processes
