Work Environment
- Schedule, troubleshoot database loads from transactional database (Cache) into Oracle
- Manage database schema and job execution
- Strong experience in Relational Database architecuture, implementation, and tuning
- Utilization of Oracle Enterprise Manager to manage database environment
- Upgrade Oracle and Business Object environments to newer versions
- Review project plans and business initiatives providing insight into technology impacts
- Act as key problem-solver within uncertain business environment.

Ideal candidate must work independently to manage database applications and warehouses while providing key direction to the business for future initiatives. This is an IT position that requires a person with a strong Business Analyst capability. Position requires strong knowledge of web application servers and database management with proven ability to solve problems. Must have leadership skills to communicate database-to-application impacts while working in an environment that requires technical consulting, implementation guidance, and daily team interaction. Must be a self-starter who is motivated to exceed client expectations.

Candidate must be a detail oriented, independent, technically competent, and driven to develop and implement creative solutions. Candidate must possess the confidence to communicate opinions backed by sound and proven experience. Strong command of written and verbal english communication is critical to creating impact within this environment. Must be an action agent that has a track record of commitment and successful own-solution implementation.
