This position is contract to hire. Government agency is seeking a person who can perform both programming and network responsibilities. Responsibilites include development and maintenance of application programs and daily operation of the computer systems. Person will have about 60% programming responsibilites and 45% computer support responsibilities. Person will serve as the lead network administrator responsible for functions and security of the network including maintaining the Exchange server.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.

Qualifications :
Associates Degree 3+ years experience Ability and experience with programming in Access, Visual Basic and RPG Experience with Windows server, Exchange server Experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, network routers and switches
