Our core services include enterprise architecture (EA) development and maintenance, systems engineering and integration, business process analysis, cost benefit and economic analysis, logistics management and supply chain support. T&H's corporate headquarters is located in Silver Spring, Maryland, and we operate satellite offices in Virginia and New Jersey.
Essential functions:
Relative experience in performing work related to systems or applications.
Functional Responsibilities: Analyze and translate system requirements into programming code, screens, and reports for a given automation information system and/or application. Design and development of system software using J2EE and message-oriented middleware technologies. Responsible for specification and construction of application integration and information sharing interfaces. Responsible for design and development of portal interfaces service-oriented architecture (SOA). Participate as required in evaluation and selection of platform components. Participate in testing system modules and development of project artifacts such as functional requirements, system requirements, and the configuration management plan. Create and analyze conceptual and logical data models. Implement data models and database designs. Install and configure Oracle server software. Develop and maintain Oracle databases and database components to include: tables, indexes, views, stored procedures, triggers, and PL/SQL Technology Experience: J2EE, Message-Oriented Middleware (e.g. Tibco, MQSeries/WebSphere, WebMethods), Oracle 9i or higher, XML, XSLT, Rational or other UML modeling tool.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
DOD Secret Clearance
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business or a related discipline and minimum of 5 years of general experience and 2 years of experience doing Oracle development.
