This individual will manage large, complex, integrated systems projects for Ricoh?s document solutions Program Management Office to deliver projects on time and on budget.

 

Responsibilities include:Motivating and interacting with cross-functional team members consisting of engineering, marketing, support, service, business development, channel. and QA resourcesCoordinating a variety of projects at the same time, changing focus from high-level assessment to detailed scrutiny of large amounts of dataPresenting project status to senior managementUtilizing existing development tracking methodologies, recommending improvements to and increasing corporate adherence to best practicesConducting data analysis using software (MS Project, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), as well as provide a strong technical understanding of marketing integrated systems and software development processes

 

Requirements:Bachelor?s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or Computer Science5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Product Manager, specifically in Integrated Systems, Software, or Hardware projectsDemonstrated success in launching products Advanced knowledge of project management, presentation, and data analysis software Advanced analytical and process oriented skillsAn integrated understanding of technology development and the marketing/sales of technology productsStrong end-user computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, Visio)
