Job Description:

We are currently seeking to fill the position of Refurbishment Service Technician.  The job would entail refurbishing returned systems (i.e. Demo equipment) to like new status.  It is a hands-on position where you will need to pay close attention to detail to ensure that refurbished look like new.  You will also be responsible to manage replacement parts and shipments.  Depending on the qualifications of the applicants, the successful candidate may be required to perform local (Seattle area) direct service at customer sites.

 

Successful candidate will spend 1 week in Vancouver for training, and also will required to travel to Vancouver on a periodic basis.

 

Education Required:Minimally, a high school diploma.  Preferred, at least 2 years college / university.

 

Skills Required:

? Self-starting, team player

? Detail oriented

? Electronics background

? Strong PC skills - include Computer components + Windows XP

? Troubleshooting skills and aptitude to learn quickly

 

Experience Required:

Preference will be given to candidates experienced with (in order of importance):

? Medical device experience

? 2+ years of experience

? Service background

? Multi-lingual is a plus
