Retail Technical Support Analyst

Staffmark is currently seeking 2 Retail Technical Support Analyst. Level 1 Support: First level support is defined as a person capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks throughout the day that include dispatching and monitoring technician?s in the field, processing tickets submitted by customers, routing calls that come into the corporate office, and troubleshooting various hardware and software issues. The person should also be capable of diagnosing the severity of application and hardware problems, troubleshooting effectively to resolve the most issues, and escalating the issues as appropriate. This person would be the initial point of contact for restaurant and grocery operational issues performing first level problem diagnosis, using the knowledge base and providing resolution. The person would have direct contact with in store associates, technicians in the field and corporate employees. They would perform Help Desk and dispatch functions, escalating issues to second-level or third-level support if an issue has broader scope or when resolution is beyond the capabilities of the first-level support team. Call incidents are received via incoming phone queues, email, and web created tickets. Qualifications:? Experience in computer support; call center experience;ability to multi-task in a fast and evolving environment with little or no documentation ; experience with Windows, Linux, Networking, Vpn, Html and Computer hardware Candidate must be able to work between the hours of 6am - 1am 7 days a week with 1 weekend day off.
